Today, I am thankful for all of the military who are serving and those who have served. I am especially thankful for my Pop Pop-Thomas Lucas, my uncle-Howard Lucas, my father-in-law-Jack Williams and my Pop Pop-in-law-John Williams!
My husband, Erik, and I have been married since August 9, 2003. We have three little boys: Lucas, Gavin, and Bodie. Lucas was born in December 2004, Gavin in March 2007, and Bodie in December 2008. We also have a male black cocker spaniel named Mickey. So, you can see why my blog is called "Williams' House of Boys!"

Grateful November-Day 1
Every November I try to write down one thing a day that I am thankful for. I usually make it to the 20th and then I forget. This year I have decided to do each day on this blog, my Facebook and my Instagram. So today, I am thankful that I live in a place where the leaves change each fall!

Hope Floats...15 years later
I don't always remember movie lines but I always remember how certain movies have made me feel. It was the summer between my sophomore and junior year in college when I saw Hope Floats in the movie theater. I remember crying at least three times. So, when it came on the Hallmark Channel tonight, I had to watch it. Ten minutes in and I was tearing up. I don't know exactly why the tears where coming so soon, but I do know that parts of this movie remind me of my life. One of my favorite quotes: "That smile means there is still hope" :)

I don't want to forget this...
Last night while I was at the NASCAR race, I turned and looked at my oldest. I saw this. It reminded me how fast my boys are growing up. Nine years ago, I was sitting in these stands, thinking of the day when I would get to share this experience with my first son. Time flies way too fast!
